Are you clear on what you are doing and why – and is it truly true to you?

People you can be yourself with – that know you deeply – and that have your back

When you can observe your urges,
emotions and thoughts without action
= Strong Awareness
Build your Awareness Muscle
We get swept into action by our Body (emotions) and Mind (thoughts) - which risks unnecessary upset and bad decisions
Your stress creates more stress
But we’re often only aware of this afterwards - when events and emotions subside. You are NOT free. You are trapped in a hamster wheel of headf**k.
This is because your Awareness Muscle is weak
You get pulled this way - and that - by passing thoughts, notifications, or simply a squirt of brain chemical
Just who is in charge here? You are being tyrannised by your Mind. So why not choose mental freedom?
